Preliminary

The total area of the Republic of Indonesia, which consists of more than 17,205 islands and 70% of the ocean with 99,000 km coast line, has a wealth of nature with abundant potential, of biological resources, marine fisheries, coastal and inland. It makes the existing potential of fisheries resources as an asset of the Republic of Indonesia, which can be exploited to improve economic prosperity for all Indonesian peoples.
AP5I as a forum for entrepreneurs and professional associations in the field of processing, production and marketing of fishery products, will fight for the unity, progress and development of Indonesian fishing effort and participate in national development. AP5I will move in the corridors of the Law and Regulations applicable regulations issued by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the competent authority.
