Salah satu kegiatan yang diselenggrakan <strong>GAIN<\/strong> Bersama <strong>Kementerian <\/strong> <strong>Kesehatan, Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, Jejaring Pasca Panen untuk Gizi Indonesia, AP5I, dan Innovation Factory<\/strong> mengadakan lomba <strong><em>Business Innovation Challenge ( BIC )<\/em><\/strong> atau <strong><em>IPLAN Challenge<\/em><\/strong> ( <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iplanchallenge2019.com\">www.iplanchallenge2019.com<\/a> ). <strong><em>IPLAN Challenge 2019<\/em><\/strong> mengangkat tema <strong><em>\u201c Food Innovation Challenge \u201c<\/em><\/strong> untuk menemukan inovasi produk ikan ( air tawar dan laut ) dan seafood yang siap masak dan siap santap sebagai salah satu sumber protein dan zat gizi untuk mengurangi anemia dan stunting. Penerimaan proposal dari peserta lomba sudah dibuka sejak tanggal 21 Oktober \u2013 26 November 2019. Untuk menyeleksi proposal-proposal yang sudah masuk, <strong>GAIN<\/strong> mengumpulan beberapa pakar untuk ikut menyeleksi proposal tersebut, dalam hal ini <strong>AP5I <\/strong>ditunjuk menjadi salah satu perwakilan tim evaluasi. Dari hasil penyeleksian dihasilkan 20 proposal siap masak dan 20 proposal siap santap yang selanjutnya akan disaring kembali menjadi 10 proposal siap masak dan 10 proposal siap santap, yang masuk kedalam 10 besar dari masing-masing kelompok akan dimintakan sample dari produk yang mereka ajukan dalam proposal tersebut untuk dinilai dari sisi rasa, bentuk dan teksturnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition ( GAIN ) mendukung pemerintah Indonesia dalam program perbaikan gizi masyarakat.
