Saat ini, dimasa pandemi covid-19 produk olahan perikanan termasuk produk Ikan yang banyak dicari terutama untuk kemasan-kemasan kecil. Untuk memperluas konsumen <strong>PT. Aneka Kuliner Raya, Henry Teyanto \u2013 Direktur Utama<\/strong> melakukan diskusi secara virtual dengan <strong>Ketua Umum AP5I \u2013 Budhi Wibowo<\/strong>. Dimasa pandemi covid-19 saat ini, penjualan secara ritel mengalami kenaikan terutama dengan kemasan kecil, seperti produk ikan fille dengan kemasana 200 gram, kemudian produk perikanan olahan yang <em>ready to cook<\/em> atau <em>ready to eat<\/em>. Perlu adanya inovasi yang terus menerus untuk produk olahan perikanan yang sudah diberikan bumbu agar bisa diterima konsumen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PT.
