Samudera Perkasa Abadi, <\/strong>anggota <strong>\u00a0AP5I<\/strong> yang bergerak dalam proses pengolahan precook \u2013 tuna loin, skipjack, ikan cakalang dan berlokasi di Sibolga. Komoditi yang diolah Samudera di banyak diekspor ke Yordania sebagai bahan baku ikan kaleng disana. \u00a0Sepanjang 2 tahun ini pemenuhan bahan baku untuk proses produksi di UPI Samudera menjadi salah satu kendala untuk memenuhi permintaan buyer yang mulai meningkat semenjak pandemic covid-19.
